The room was clean and I really like the selection of pillows.
The hotel staff was courteous and the room was very clean. The hotel itself was located close to the zoo and to a host of shops and department stores. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was very clean all other travelers we met liked as well.
Whirlpool tub in room did not work.
The lobby was clean, people were pleasant, room was very nice and comfortable pool area was clean and well kept.

Everyone there was just so friendly.
Needed to have more meats to choose from for breakfast.
Overall I loved the hotel and the location. I would recommend it for anyone.

I liked the location.
The pool was over chlorinated and the staff was not helpful.
Staff was poor; they offered refreshments for kids until 8pm. We went down at 730pm and no refreshments. I have 3 kids. This wasn't good. The pool was over chlorinated and cold (inside).

Nice, clean and friendly. Well kept whirlpool, indoor pool and outdoor pool. They also offered sauna and exercise room. Security was good with lockable outside doors accessible with room key only and all features were in good operating condition. It exceeded our expectations of a Hampton Inn and was very comfortable, quiet, excellent breakfast choices.
We asked for an area map and the one available was very sketchy and not helpful.
We choose Hampton Inn as often as they are available, and this one exceeded our expectations. Very pleasant in every way.
